Admission Process

Once you believe that Calvary Chapel Academy would be a good fit for your family, you are invited to begin the application process.

Applications to Calvary Chapel Academy are considered in the order that they are received. Priority admission will be given to siblings of current and alumni families. Once your child has been accepted into the Academy, a supplemental registration packet will be issued. For those candidates applying for early admissions we suggest starting the application process early to ensure consideration. Open enrollment for regular admissions begins March 15th each year.

In order to apply to Calvary Chapel Academy, please turn in the following documents to the Academy Office:

Once your application is approved, parents must fill out the additional registration material and fulfill your financial commitment, consisting of the registration fee, which will secure the child’s placement. The registration fee is non-refundable.

*Please note: We use FACTS Management System for all registration, tuition, and incidental payments. Once the registration papers have been turned in, you will receive an email from FACTS to setup your account. The registration fee, tuition, and any incidental payments will be charged through this system and can be paid via credit card, checking account, or by mailing payments directly to FACTS.

Frequently asked questions

All elementary classes are taught predominantly by their main teachers within their own classrooms. The exceptions are Spanish, PE, and music, all of which are taught by specialist staff. Junior High students rotate classrooms for each subject, which are taught by specialist staff. 
Does CCA have sports teams?

Our sports program is coming during the 2018-2019 school year. We will have an informational meeting in May 2018. Please contact us if you would like to be notified of meeting date. To see a list of sports teams that will be offered, you can look at the athletics page.

What is the student/teacher ratio?

Our average ratio is 1 teacher to 15 students, and we have only 1 classroom for each grade level.

Do your students excel when they move on to a public high school?

Yes! Of course it depends on the student’s study habits, but our students do well in public high school. Many take honors and advanced courses and attend a 4 year college.

What is the birthday cut-off for kindergarten?

Students need to be at least 5 years old by September 1st.

Do you offer a sibling discount?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for the 2nd and 3rd sibling that are enrolled in the school.

Do you offer Financial Assistance?

If your family is in need of financial assistance, please request a scholarship application from the office. Each application is brought to the board, and you will be notified of their decision and scholarship amount.
