PART ONE
Registration Fees

These fees cover the basic start-up cost for the school year and are paid annually. Registration fees are non-refundable. There will be no discounts given on the basic registration fee for multiple children in one family. The Registration Fee for the school year is as follows:

OPTION 1

IF PAID IN FULL BY MARCH 31st:

Kindergarten: $340.00* per student
Grades 1st – 8th: $365.00* per student

 

OPTION 2

FEES MAY BE BROKEN INTO THREE PAYMENTS ON THE FOLLOWING DATES:

 

  • 1st $115.00 payment by March 31st 2016, 1st $115.00 payment by March 31st 2016
  • 2nd $115.00 payment by April 30th 2016, 2nd $115.00 payment by April 30th 2016
  • 3rd $110.00 payment by May 29th 2016, 3rd $135.00 payment by May 29th 2016

  • 2nd & 3rd Child- Annual Tuition $5,296.50

*Take an additional $200.00 off annual tuition if paid in full by August 1st.
10 Month Plan $ 627.60 / $564.84

Grade 1 – 8
8:15am-3:00pm

  • 1st Child – Annual Tuition $ 6,276.00
  • 2nd & 3rd Child – Annual Tuition $5,648.40

*Take an additional $200.00 off annual tuition if paid in full by August 1st.

K – 8 EXTENDED DAY CARE FEES (Monthly per child)

  • AM (6:30AM – 8:15AM) $100.00
  • PM Kindergarten (1:20PM – 3:00PM) $60.00
  • PM (3:15PM – 6:00PM) $135.00
  • AM & PM $185.00
  • AM, PM Kinder and PM $245.00 per month
  • Occasional Use *per hour, or any part of an hour $5.00
  • Non-Instructional Days $15.00 per child, per day

NOTE: students signed up for both AM and PM daycare will not incur this charge. Please note: You will be assessed a $1.00 late charge every minute after 6:00PM.

Tuition Policies

TUITION PAYMENT
Calvary Chapel Yorba Linda Academy and preschool utilize the FACTS Management System for all tuition and incidental payments. An enrollment email notice will be sent out once registration forms have been received. Each family is required to set up this account. FACTS payments can be made by credit card, checking account, or by mailing payments directly to FACTS.

LATE PAYMENTS
All tuition payments are due by the 1st of the month and are considered late if not received by the 5th of each month. If the 5th day of the month falls on a weekend or a holiday, payments must be made by the last school day prior to the fifth. A $25.00 late fee will be charged for any tuition payment paid after the fifth of the month. If an account is delinquent for more than one month the student may be removed from school unless special arrangements have been made.

WITHDRAWALS
One-half of a monthly payment will be charged for any student withdrawn or dismissed prior to the tenth of any month that he/she attends, full charges being due for attendance after that date. The month of June is excluded and the full charges must be paid. Two weeks written notice prior to withdrawal is required.
